Returns and Replacements

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, along with an additional 60-day warranty. Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges are not possible if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase.

For returns initiated 15 days after delivery, an 18% restocking fee will be applicable. Note that eligible returns must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as items returned in a damaged state or more than 90 days post-purchase. For seasonal merchandise, returns are accepted up to 7 days before the holiday, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by a store receipt or order confirmation email. Refunds within this 7-day window will be issued in the form of store credit.

For returns not related to quality issues, customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Please note that exchange processing times will vary depending on your locale. Should the return be related to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Gift Returns

as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we will issue gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the returned item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
